Who we are, where we come from, who we are related to, and why we exist are fundamental understandings to remain Indigenous.  Returning to traditional beliefs and values are essential when setting a vision for Indigenous education.  What is believed and valued will be enacted in everyday life.  This professional development is a four part strategic planning undertaking.   The training is framed around four essential questions:  What do we want our children to learn?,  How will we know they learned what was intended?, What do we envision in our community in fifteen years?, What do we envision in 150 years? What do we envision in 1,500 years?  What do we envision in 15,000 years?  A strong, uncompromised vision will secure the future education at your school.
